Strategic planning  Identify the purpose and objectives of the strategic planning process. Conduct a SWOT analysis to evaluate the organization's strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats. Define specific, measurable, achievable, relevant, and time-bound (SMART) goals. Create strategies and action plans to achieve the identified goals. Gather data and feedback from various sources, including employees, customers, and relevant stakeholders. Determine the necessary resources (financial, human, technological) to implement the strategies. Begin executing the strategies according to the established timeline. Communicate the strategic plan to all stakeholders, including employees, board members, and external partners. Regularly assess the progress and impact of the strategies.

HER WHY

Constance was raised in Peoria Public Housing, where she observed the perpetuation of injustice against BIPOC in various aspects such as housing, education, employment, banking, voting, health, wealth, and police brutality. She made a commitment to devote her life to assisting individuals and families in breaking systemic cycles. She shares the belief of Shirley Chisholm, "Progress is not achieved by simply watching from the sidelines and complaining, but by putting ideas into action. Through intentional efforts, barriers can be eradicated."
